add bios to chatgpt in 30 seconds.

works on chatgpt plus, team, and enterprise plans (custom connectors aren't on the free tier yet).

note — chatgpt's mcp connector is rolling out gradually. if you don't see the option below, it'll appear over the next few weeks.

    open chatgpt.com

    log in to a plus, team, or enterprise account.

  2. 02

    open settings → connectors

    click your profile in the bottom-left, choose settings, then connectors from the side menu.

    add a developer connector

    click add → developer connector and paste this url:

  4. 04

    authorize

    sign in to bios when prompted. simple oauth handshake, no app to install.

  5. 05

    start talking

    say log my breakfast: eggs and toast and bios will remember it. ask what should I eat for lunch? tomorrow — chatgpt will know.
