   open claude.ai

   in any browser. log in or sign up — the free plan is fine.

2. 02

   open settings → connectors

   click your name in the bottom-left, choose settings, then the connectors tab.

   add a custom connector

   click add custom connector and paste this url:

   authorize

   claude will ask you to sign in to bios. quick oauth handshake — you stay on a real bios page the whole time.

   start talking

   say log my breakfast: eggs and toast and watch bios remember it. ask what should I eat for lunch? tomorrow — claude will know.
